Berry feast: Bake your own frangipane tart at Soetmelksvlei

| We will be making a sweet tart dough and frangipane filling to bake a glorious berry frangipane tart. Frangipane refers to a French tart paste made of ground almonds. We’ll also learn various baking techniques evolving around berries, including how to cook a berry topping to serve with a variety of desserts and roasts. After an exciting morning, a hearty lunch will be served at the Old Stables Restaurant. |
