With an international career spanning leading wine estates in South Africa, Luke brings a wealth of experience to Vergelegen. His approach to winemaking focuses on expressing the character of the vineyard and the individuality of each vintage, offering guests an opportunity to discover the thinking and craftsmanship behind the wines.
At BLOOM, Chef Sebastian and his team celebrate the diversity of South African cuisine through seasonal menus rooted in local produce. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a Vergelegen wine, creating an evening that brings together the distinctive character of the estate’s wines and the creativity of our kitchen.
