Meet Stellenbosch is a premier business event showcasing Stellenbosch as a prime destination for business events.
The 4th Meet Stellenbosch business event, is an initiative by Visit Stellenbosch and Stellenbosch University’s Central Events and Conferencing Office.
The 2025 theme, “The Empathy Edge: Human-Centric Events, Association Membership, and Academic Excellence”, focuses on exploring innovative ways to prioritise empathy and inclusivity in event planning, membership engagement, and academic collaboration.

Itinerary One:
08h00 to 09h20: Stellenbosch Art Mile Tour
10h00 to 11h30: Avontuur Wine Estate – Estate tour, followed by a wine tasting experience Accommodation, dining, experiences and conference / function venue.
11h50 to 13h20: Protea Hotel by Marriott Stellenbosch – Site visit and harvest table / small plate lunch. Accommodation, dining and conference / function venue.
13h45 to 15h15: Lanzerac Estate – Welcome drink, followed by Heritage Estate tour. Accommodation, dining, experiences and conference / function venue.
Itinerary Two:
08h00 to 09h20: Stellenbosch Art Mile Tour
10h00 to 11h30: Skilpadvlei – Estate Tour, followed by 2 glass Cheesecake and wine pairings Accommodation, dining, experiences and conference / function venue.
12h00 to 13h30: Vredenheim Wine Farm – Estate tour, followed by mini picnic lunch or harvest table / small plate lunch. Accommodation, dining, experiences and conference / function venue.
13h45 to 15h15: Asara Wine Estate & Hotel – Estate tour, followed by wine cocktail at the wine bar. Accommodation, dining, experiences and conference / function venue.
Itinerary Three – Central Stellenbosch:
08h00 to 09h20: Venue visits to the University Facilities.
09h30 to 10h40: Stellenbosch on foot walking tour
10h45 to 12h15: Wine Tasting at The Wine Glass – dining, experiences and conference / function venue.
12h30: Site visit and light lunch at The Stellenbosch Hotel – Accommodation, dining and experiences.
