Master baker Martjie Malan will guide you through a world of sweetly spiced bakes, including delicious orange and cardamom tea cake, lemon drizzle madeleines, as well as a few more surprises. Spice is engrained in the South African food heritage and this workshop celebrates the warmth it brings to the kitchen. After a hands-on morning in the farm air, we’ll enjoy a hearty lunch at the Old Stables Restaurant before heading back to Babylonstoren.
