Gourmet & Grape Episode 4

The 4th episode of our LIVE online chat-cook-and-taste series, GOURMET & GRAPES, on Thursday 2 July from 7pm where an exuberant trio of entertaining hedonists set out to explode the topic of food and wine.

This episode will be presented by Die Melkman / The Milkman (Jean Dippenaar) with Chef Stephan Fraser and Wynand Lategan of Lanzerac Wine Estate.

Spier Drive In Cinema

On the 4th of July Spier is inviting you to their Drive In Cinema.

The Galileo is bringing back the beloved drive-in with an array of cinematic delights on the big screen and delicious movie-pairing food available to order from the comfort of your vehicle. Park off, cuddle up and enjoy a ridiculously romantic and nostalgic evening out.

With very stringent hygiene measures and Covid-friendly safety regulations in place, we’re keeping movie-goers safe and secure while providing an opportunity to have some much-needed fun.

Opening on Wednesday the 1st of July. Guardian Peak is inviting you for lunch, Monday to Sunday 12h00 – 15h30 or for Dinner, Thursday to Saturday 18h00 – 22h00.

Rust en Vrede Wine Estate

The Winemaker’s Lunch will be open from Wednesday the 1st of July 2020!For R200 enjoy either Chalmar Sirloin steak with French fries and a garden salad or Norwegian Salmon with baby potatoes and asparagus.

Lunch served Monday to Saturday 11h00 – 15h00. No reservations. First come, first served.

The Idiom Restaurant

The Restaurant is open as of 1 July for sit-down lunch from Monday-Sunday from 10am – 4pm

From the 1st of July, you can enjoy the delicious food at The Bakery 7 days a week!

The MILLHOUSE kitchen at Lourensford Wine Estate

is reopening on Friday 3 July!

Their initial opening hours will be Friday & Saturday (12h00-21h00) and Sunday (12h00-17h00). They have strict safety protocols in place. All guests will be required to complete a brief questionnaire and undergo a screening on arrival. No mask, no entry. Takeaways will be available, too.
