VUUR Goose Island is the second restaurant in the VUUR Group and set on a small island in a dam on the wonderful Remhoogte Wine Estate. A continuation for love of fire cooking will be now shared with guests joining in on a Shared Chef’s Table Experience. A 7 course, wine paired menu is served at a communal table and hosted by the VUUR team that will regale you with stories, serve you tasty food that is paired with Remhoogte Wines. All dishes are prepared in front of our guests to create a wonderful interactive experience.
