An integral part of South African culture, having a Braai (barbeque) has evolved into a unique South African social event where family and friends gathering together to share good stories and a special bottle of wine to creating a memorable experience. The mouth-watering aromas of sizzling meat and freshly baked bread are just a prelude to the delicious spread of food you will receive for lunch at Middelvlei, all lovingly prepared by our resident braai expert and served the traditional “family table” way.
