Step into Elsje Designs, a design, paper and maker studio nestled among the vineyards of Stark-Condé Wine Estate in the beautiful Jonkershoek Valley, just outside Stellenbosch. Located above Postcard Café, the studio offers breathtaking views across the valley and a peaceful setting in which to discover locally made design.

Owned by Stellenbosch-based designer, artist and printmaker Héni Andrag. Visitors are warmly welcomed into our open studio and shop. Browse a thoughtfully curated collection of South African art prints, greeting cards, notebooks, tablescape pieces, textiles, homeware and gifts, all inspired by the country’s botanical landscapes, coastlines, Karoo heritage and the rich cultural and natural heritage of Stellenbosch.

Each product is designed and crafted by our team in Stellenbosch. Our textile collection includes blankets, fabrics and decorative homeware, while our paper and lifestyle ranges celebrate illustration, craftsmanship, South African storytelling and the distinctive character of the Cape Winelands.
