German gemütlichkeit is the order of the day in our Garden Restaurant, situated in a stunning setting. On clear days guests have a beautiful view across to Table Mountain in the distance. The restaurant offers a selection of dishes ranging from cheese platters to traditional German and South African food. Eat al fresco on the garden terraces in summer, or cosy up in the ‘Downstairs’ cellar in winter.
Cellar Door offering for Winter 2021: This winter get warm and cozy with Delheim’s cheese fondue with an authentic Swiss recipe that oozes dip-liciousness. The fondue makes its way to your table with oven-fresh baguette dippers and vegetables. The cheese and meat platter first launched in 1976, a first in South Africa on a wine farm is still available throughout winter. Lastly, we are serving a homemade soup of the day coupled with delicious fresh farm bread.
