Enjoy an arrival drink on the terrace before taking your spot on the lawns.
Tuck into a selection of locally produced hard and soft cheese and charcuterie including Camembert, Brie, Stanford and Boerenkaas, Italian Coppa, Prosciutto, biltong and salami.

Freshly baked breads: Ciabatta, Cape seed loaf and herbed focaccia are sliced and ready to be topped with mixed pepper paté, chicken liver & brandy paté, curried baba ghanoush, and Chef Thys’ famous savoury whipped butter.

Enjoy a fresh and crisp green garden salad with orange, parmesan, walnut & cranberries, finished with a poppy seed dressing.
To ensure you do not leave hungry you’ll each get petite springbok and miso pot pies.
End on a sweet note with two patisserie of the day.
