After being welcomed in the Bakery, guests are taken to meet our Chianina herd, which is entirely farm-reared and grass-fed. In the Meat Room, our head butcher, Jaco Koegelenberg, and his team will explain everything you need to know about our meat, from the fields to the butcher. The next stop is the butchery, where guests will learn all about primal cuts, sausage, wet meat, biltong and droëwors. They’ll also get the chance to see how traditional biltong and boerewors are made. Steaming coffee from our Lekker Room is served upon arrival. Lunch at the Spice House is included R900p.p. |
