| Into the Valley Trail Run – Presented by Sportsmans Warehouse Head into the beautiful Knorhoek Valley below Simonsberg for the Into the Valley Trail Run on Sunday, 23 August. Starting and finishing at Muratie Wine Estate, the 6km and 12km routes head towards neighbouring Quoin Rock and Knorhoek, taking runners along vineyard paths, mountain terrain and custom-built Dirtopia singletrack. The 12km starts at 08h45 and the 6km at 09h00. All finishers receive medals, with refreshment stations along the routes and prizes and a lucky draw afterwards.
