Alta will demonstrate the craft behind making this creamy delicacy – from cutting the curds to stretching them into balls. The class also includes a cool demonstration by Babylonstoren’s artisanal ice-cream maker, Carla Hills, on how to make your own, authentic water buffalo gelato! Thereafter, guests are treated to a lunch of cheese, meats, and preserves – fresh from Babylonstoren’s deli store. Steaming coffee from our Lekker Room is served upon arrival.
