DESCRIPTION:The popularity of Delheim Wine Estate’s mushroom foraging forays on the Simonsberg Mountain in Stellenbosch has resulted in the event this year being held over two week-ends\, allowing more visitors to enjoy a day of collecting their own mushrooms\, followed by a true taste of Delheim hospitality with refreshments\, food and a selection of the estate’s award-winning wines. Delheim’s mountain pine forests are home to over 20 species of wild mushrooms\, and guests are invited to come and search for and collect them.
