Try your hand at versatile choux pastry to create numerous variations, from classic eclairs filled with pastry cream to salty treats of choux puffs with gruyère cheese and biltong filling. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll also celebrate the seasonal Babylonstoren almond harvest with Martjie’s famous macaroons. Martjie will demo and guests will get to taste. After an exciting morning, a hearty lunch will be served at the Old Stables Restaurant.
